  3. Personal data will be held centrally either in electronic form which is secured or Hard copy stored in a lockable location.
  4. All Data will be backed up regularly and stored safely and securely in a separate location.
  5. We will not keep your personal data for longer than necessary. We will clearly state how long we will need your personal data.
